Mr. Saeli has often served as counsel to fellow attorneys, advising them on starting, buying and selling law practices, and entering into of counsel relationships with law firms.
Mr. Saeli is experienced in the ethical rules and business considerations involved in the sale and purchase of law practices. He is a member of a New York State Bar Association Committee which revised the Planning Ahead Guide in 2015. This popular Guide assists attorneys in planning for their futures. Mr. Saeli’s focus in this project was the sale of law practices. He has spoken on the sale and purchase of law practices at the New York State Bar Association annual meeting in New York City, and at continuing legal education programs in Erie County and in several other Counties. He also assists attorneys in other areas of their law practices.
